Life-changing/PCOS questions

Thank you Dr. Gundry! I listen to all of your podcasts and I always learn something helpful. I have the Plant Paradox Quick and Easy book and have been following the diet for 2 months. The diet does require considerable effort/change and your podcasts provide the perfect dose of inspiration, education, and new ideas to keep me focused.

I have PCOS but put it into remission while following the Woman Code protocol. However, I still didn’t feel quite right. Since layering your program on top of Woman Code, I feel even better plus I lost 6 lbs in these short 2 months (and I’m a small person...who knew?) I would be interested in hearing a show about hormonal imbalances and what types of diet considerations/modifications a pre menopausal woman should make while following the Plant Paradox? For example, Woman Code is against intermittent fasting for women still menstruating. What say you??

I believe that the we have the wisdom to cure all diseases and Mother Earth help is with that. This podcast shows we don’t need medice in order to be healthy. We need to be aware!!

Best Health Podcast

I sincerely enjoy listening to and learning from your podcast. While I enjoy listening to you interview other authors, doctors and specialists I particularly like hearing all the science behind “what’s good for you”. It helps me to remember why I eat the foods I do or take the supplements I do. What is your advice for people with Von Williebrand’s disease in relation to this diet? Thanks!
