Hello!! Dr Gundry...Love all your podcasts! So good so informative!

Listening to the Crohns podcast and felt you didn’t really touch on specific foods that someone with Crohns should or should not eat. The guests were pleasant to listen to but not a lot of details were made specifically related to the Crohns aspect. My husband and I have been following the plant paradox since I listened to you on the Lewis Howe’s podcast after the plant paradox book. My husband has Crohns and I wanted to jump on the lectin free lifestyle. BUT... after listening to your latest Crohns episode I may be doing some things wrong. You touched briefly on leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables at the end of the segment but weren’t to specific. I’ve been giving my husband a green smoothie every morning, fermented foods, cabbage, arugula, cooked cruciferous veggies... not sure if he should be eating these or should he just be eating resistant starch vegetables more.
Can you touch on a food list specifically for Crohns.....? I thought by following lectin free we were good.

Please I need a little more direction and specifics...

Thank you for changing our lifestyle for the better!

Throughly enjoying the Plant Paradox!!

Dr. G,
I have been on the PP lifestyle since mid February and have never had success with loosing weight before the Plant Paradox program. I’m happy to share now in mid-May I’ve lost 38lbs. Sharing with everyone that asks me what I have done to lose weight and look great.
I’m enjoying the joy of cooking and discovering new ways to substitute my recipes with the PP approved ingredients. I love the recipes in the Plant Paradox cookbooks too!
Also enjoying the YouTube videos and podcasts. Keep up the great work, America needs help we’re getting worse (SAD diet)by the moment.
Thanks again!!

Dr. Gundry, the podcast about Hashimoto with Isabella Wentz was especial helpful for me! I’m working on getting a handle on this disease. Please continue with other podcasts on this issue!

I’ve been on Plant Paradox Program for two years now. I accompany it with Intermittent Fasting.... it’s fantastic! This past year even my husband has listened to your podcasts while we travel and he’s made major lifestyle changes, too! My sisters are getting on board slowly too! Thank you for the weight loss and being able to maintain it! No longer do it get anxiety about gaining this weight back. It’s such a relief! Thank you!
