What I was missing!

I have to say since I’ve started listening to this show many aspects of how I look at my life have shifted. Thank you Dr. John for providing the platform for these brave callers to share their stories and in turn change so many lives. This show faces hard truths and gives practical advice from parenting to mental health to overall hurdles in life. I am beyond grateful to have found this podcast and have shared with as many friends as possible and I encourage everyone to do the same.
