Amazing Podcast!!!

So glad to see Dr. Mike launch his podcast - he's the real deal! I first found out about him back in 2012 from his Peak Diet & Training Summit - he was dropping knowledge back then and he still is today. He does a fantastic job of breaking down complex nutritional concepts into practical nutritional habits. Definitely check out his podcast!
