The gift of Life that Dr. Nina has given me

Dr. Nina is incredible! I’ve even called into her show for help. Dr. Nina has a way to ask the right questions and provide a healthy, perspective to help me understand that food is not the problem. I have made incredible progress listening to her podcasts. I no longer diet, my mean critical voice has gone and I continue to learn how to be as kind to myself as I am to others.

I learn so much from callers and appreciate their willingness to share life’s experiences.

The guests she has brings depth and experiences many relate to.

Her book: “The Bing Cure 7 Steps to Outsmart Emotional Eating” has been pivotal to my success.
I’m so thankful to be able to think about my day, not my diet as her intro says!
