Paradigm Shift Time

Popular culture pounds us with the idea that our troubled bodies/minds can be fixed if we would just follow the right diet. It's such a monster sell. At least for me. Dr. Nina helps you find out what's going on beneath the compulsive eating so you can idenity the root of the issue. I am hopeful!
