    DM 053 - 6 Stages of a Personal Revolution

    DM 053 - 6 Stages of a Personal Revolution

There is a symbiotic relationship between what we do and who that work is calling us to be. For example, if you want to make a movie, you have to become the type of person that can direct, produce, write, have creative opinions, etc. etc. With this in mind, it's no wonder why it's so difficult to do something truly new. Not only do you have to actually do the work, but you have to become the type of person that leans into the work. In essence, you learn to play a new role; the hardest component of the journey. Sometimes time is your friend, and you have the benefit of evolving over time. Other times, you need change to occur rapidly. In other words, you need a revolution, not an evolution.
If you're someone going for it and doing something new, creative, different, or innovative, this is for you. Drew breaks down the 6 stages of a personal revolution to get you on your way faster, fitter and with more clarity.

DM 052 - When Less is More

DM 052 - When Less is More

We often think "more" is the best solution to our growth and development. More hours worked, more tasks to do, more books to read, more mentors to guide us, etc etc. But all this typically amounts to is a busy schedule, an even busier mind, and not a lot of traction. In this episode we propose the simple solution that "less" might actually be the strategic multiplier to growth in your life and business. We talk about it all in this episode; see you there.

DM 051 - The Habit of High Performance

DM 051 - The Habit of High Performance

Performance. Stress. These are two words that don't intuitively go hand in hand. In today's increasingly more millennial westernized-society we tend to avoid stress in favor of feeling good in the moment. We can even assume the mentality that stress is entirely bad. In other words, we demonize cortisol and worship dopamine. But if we want to operate at peak performance, then we have to take a different approach than our Netflix-binging peers. Drew breaks down the formula to peak performance and shows you how to optimize stress and recovery to result in greater growth.

Impactful

Drew has always related directly to me. I used to watch every Facebook video he posted and now I have some catching up to do on podcasts. I listened to episode 53 and it has had me thinking in a new way towards stress and anxiety. Drew has a way with words. He speaks and makes it interesting, relatable, and impacts the lives of many. My husband picked up his new book for me and I have been enjoying that as well!
