    52. My Design Experimenting, Reflecting on a Year

    52. My Design Experimenting, Reflecting on a Year

This is the first episode since the "indefinite hiatus" began. I've started podcasting in an authority-aligned way, rather than the every Monday by willpower method. 😉
In this episode, I reflect on the first year of experimenting with Human Design. I talk about what that may look like to the outsider, and what was going on behind-the-scenes. I dive into some real and vulnerable experiences, including where I'm at recently with inner voice and Human Design work. You may even hear me cry a little. 💕
    What You'll Learn:
Reflections on a year of experimenting with Human Design Which card I pulled before recording Current realizations about my splenic authority How I'm shifting back to a personal brand Your invitation to the upcoming Design Infused Business Workshop Want to learn more about The Design Infused Business Workshop and consider joining me? 50. Compassionate Calendaring with Adriane Nichols

Today we have a long-time client of mine, Adriane Nichols, on the podcast. She has done multiple rounds of my signature program, Cultivate Margin. I'm so excited for you to hear from her because she talks about her own experience, what she thought she was going to get out of the program, and then really what she got out of the program. I think you're going to enjoy hearing Adriane's story. We have a little bit of banter and commentary on some other topics that I think you'll like listening in on too.

Perfect for entrepreneurs creating their own path

I’ve listened to all the episodes and have found value in each one. This podcast is perfect if you own your own business or want to start one, and are looking for tools and support to do it your own way. I especially like the blend of logic and accountability, with freedom and intuition. I’ve implemented Easeful Inbox and a new mindset around calendaring - amazing results!!

Actionable

This has easily become one of my favorite podcasts to listen to - I love how researched every topic is - there’s always a book, modality, study and/or lived experience informing each episode. Lauren has a great voice for podcasting, too - absolutely something I’ve grown to look forward to each week and take action on immediately. Thanks, Lauren!

Perfect combination of productivity, coach and spirituality.

Lauren,

I listen to the folding effect and the plot twist episodes so many times. Thank you for these short nuggets of wisdom that help me realize I am not alone struggling with overwhelm and frustration while building a successful business and projecting the ‘I have it all together’ persona.

I am working on implementing the score card and I absolutely adore your generosity. Thank you for sharing ALL of things about your business productivity journey from moving to menstrual cycles.

Thank you for being an example of what’s possible.
