Zingers are a type of nerve pain, that can feel like you're being shocked, zapped, and they're also called "sparklers."
In this episode, I share my personal experience with zingers.
Please note that this is my personal experience only, and it is not meant to be substituted as medical advice. :)

Amazing information!

My young son developed Seborrheic dermatitis along with his chronic eczema. The topical prescription steroids stopped working and only seemed to make things worse. One sleepless night I binged several hours worth of podcasts. A week later with the advice of Abby and her VERY knowledgeable guests I have completely cleared his scalp discomfort (he was to the point of nonstop scratching his head and his face was becoming red and inflamed). Additionally his eczema has cleared up immensely and he’s finally not scratching his body and wearing shorts since he’s not self conscious about the rash patches on his legs! Thank you to Abby and all of her guests. I truly appreciate the knowledge that they shared.

Eczema remedies not accepted largely by the scientific/medical community

Long time eczema sufferer and scientist here - now I fully agree lifestyle and diet are very important and can alleviate some stuff/prevent flares, but most of these things just aren’t helpful or widely supported. In the end this is a widespread systemic issue and the podcasts sometimes makes it seem like you’re not trying hard enough - and almost takes advantage of people suffering at their worst looking for anything to feel better. No, it’s probably not my teeth that’s causing a systemic year long flare up, it’s lots of things that we can’t alleviate unfortunately. It’s borderline predatory especially when she advertises her product to you
