Studies have shown a significant decrease in women’s church attendance over the past few decades. Meagan and Laura Beth do not claim to be scholars of this particular topic — but they are are two young, single women, deeply connected to their respective local churches.     Can We Save Women's Sports in SC? Interview with SC Rep. Ashley Trantham

    This past week on March 16th, South Carolina Republican-controlled House Judiciary Committee tabled the Save Women’s Sports Act. This prevented it from moving forward through the legislative process and becoming a law. This act was intended to protect the arena of women-only sports for girls in South Carolina schools. We decided to record this episode as an urgent response, to help inform you about what is going on right now in our State House. And if you don’t live in South Carolina, we urge to be on the lookout for mirroring legislation in your state, and of course, to make your voice heard. We were able to secure an interview with Representative Ashley Trantham, and Meagan sits down with her to learn about the specifics of the bill, what prevented it from going through, and how we can do better in the future.
