Today we have David Gillespie on the show who is a lawyer and an author of 12 self-help books about healthy eating, in the context of his own experience regaining health. Two of his books (Sweet Poison, and The Sweet Poison Quit Plan) are widely known , helping thousands of Australians quit sugar. Today we'll be talking about the effects of sugar on children, along with David's own journey to learning about sugar’s impact on our health.
