The Enrealment Hour

I find Jeff’s work essential to my regular healing readings. Ihave enjoyed all of the podcast interviews very much and find them helpful and hopeful, with a steady pulse of truth. I did have difficulty with Jeff’s audio in the Erica Spiegelman interview and had to stop listening after about 4 minutes. Some difficulty with fidelity in a few others also. Hopefully he will figure out a fix for that. Thanks, Jeff, for the beautiful work ❤️

I joke often that Jeff is my emotional support Canadian. It’s not really a joke. I found his writings a couple of years ago, and they’ve helped me grow spiritually in every way. Authenticity is a core value of mine and it doesn’t get more transparent than Jeff Brown. To have the option of a podcast with him makes my heart sing.

Since I found the book “Grounded Spirituality” which gave actual words to my experience in the spiritual community for years, Jeffs words and perspective always seemed to land, much like it feels to come home to something— just a deep recognition to have the the hearts vocabulary spoken in a way you haven’t quite been able to articulate, just yet. Thank you Jeff for grounding us all, in this experience and truly lighting the way forward as HUMANS for humanity’s sake.
