Basketball star Kyle Kuzma and baseball phenom Ronald Acuña Jr. have lent their star power to attract interest from young entrepreneurs.
     
    Neonakis watered the seeds of opportunity by emphasizing that "capital and funding options are more readily available now" through programs assisting women, veterans, and minority owners. Neonakis added that partnering with supportive banks and investing in lower-income areas can enable success for those who lack advantages. Like sunlight fuels growth, access to credit and training drives the expansion of local small businesses.
     
    Franchises sprouting in Alabama symbolize progress, while robotics company RobotLAB Inc. displayed how technology can bear fruit by making services more efficient. Neonakis also highlighted the appeal of EV charging station franchises for forward-thinking first responders and veterans. The greenhouse of ideas even included insurance, internet services, and food brands.
     
    At its root, this conversation illustrated how the hardy roots of franchising can spread prosperity through all types of communities when given the right care and resources.
