Obsessed 😍

May or may not have already listened to every episode more than once 👀😅

Seriously though. I love being able to get entertaining, down-to-earth, and straight forward nutrition information from sources I can trust! Their holistic approach with an emphasis on nutritional autonomy is so refreshing! Cannot recommend this podcast enough for anyone looking to better understand general nutrition and how it may apply to you personally or trying heal their relationship with food and/or their body. These ladies 100% understand the assignment! And I’m eagerly awaiting more! 😬
