I love listening to these meatheads talk about the powerful ballet that is weightlifting. I’ve learned more in a few episodes than I think I ever would have in the gym. Brilliant!
Been listening to this podcast for just under a year. I have been training, different variations for +/- 7 years.....love this podcast. Along with seeing what Phillllllly is doing on his Instagram, this helps me a ton. The critiques and coaching on all things lifting/recovery has been very helpful. Many podcasts on these subjects are very bro & D Baggy - but most of all unrealistic. Not here. This is helpful and practical.. with dudes who actually have personalities. Keep it up. Thanks!!
Would prefer more professional, less vulgar hosts and guests.
