In this episode, we’ll explore the meaning behind each of these elements that people have. Some people have some form of a degree of understanding while others wonder.
Belief is something that you can see in a tangible manner
Faith is when you simply believe in something without necessarily needing to see it or feel it
Trust is unequivocal - it has no logic or understanding behind it.
The idea is to trust yourself, and trust a Higher Power just as you would see something, touch it.
The key difference between faith and trust is that faith you to accept the difficulties as challenges - trust is when you see the positive in the hardship.
