Carla Caccavale Podcast

Anthony Melchiorri brings the same level of energy, honesty and genuineness that was a cornerstone of Hotel Impossible to these Podcasts. He has developed into an excellent interviewer who asks all the right questions, then lets the person answer them. His subjects are fascinating. Carla Caccavale’s life is a testament to perseverance, determination and hard work and is an inspiration. She was struck by the tragedy of her father, New York City Transit Police Detective George Caccavale being killed while working an off duty security job at a check cashing store when she was just 20 days old. Although she has lived almost her entire life without her father, she works tirelessly to keep his memory alive. The Podcast touches on all this, but also on Carla’s family, her career, how she got to know and work with Anthony, and the origin of the $10,000 martini at the legendary Algonquin Hotel. The Podcast is so good because the hour plus goes by so quickly. Can’t wait for the next one!!

The podcast I’ve been waiting for!

First two interviews have me hooked! Anthony is a great interviewer and he picks the right people to talk to! I love how he takes his guests back in time to moments in their lives that impacted them and how those defining moments/experiences made them who they are today. Perhaps the thing that has stuck out to me the most is how real the conversations are and how they even make me think back to my own roots.
