Caroline Dooner hosts this relaxed podcast for chronic dieters, and discusses the dark side of dieting and the dogma of wellness culture, answers listener questions, and explains her method for getting out of the diet cycle. Beware: this podcast is *painfully* casual. Some would say ...disorganized. Some would say charming. Art is subjective. There will be lots of rambling. There will be lots of conversations with her dog. There was even a one year period why she didn't know why her microphone was so loud. But it WILL be free from diet culture. And it may even help a little.

Amazing!

So blown away! I absolutely love Caroline and obsessed with this podcast! I’m currently reading the F*ck it Diet! Best podcast ever hands down!

She’s a better writer than a podcaster

I really enjoyed her book even though I have a few issues with it. I was excited to listen to this podcast to get clarification on some of the topics covered in the book. I really wanted to like it because it is an interesting topic. I tried but it’s painful to listen. She doesn’t seem prepared or interested ever. She sounds forced and put upon to be doing this.

Meh

She rambles a lot about nothing. Had heard her on the DST podcast and liked her attitude but the podcast is pretty boring and a lot of it is promoting her book/courses. I appreciate the hustle, but if I’m going to spend money on books or courses, I would prefer it to come from a professional who has credentials. There are plenty of body positive clinician and dietitians out there.
