    Its Episode 68 – today we are joined by Dr Neal Barnard. Dr Barnard is an adjunct associate professor of medicine at George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He is the president and founder of my favorite non profit - the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine – an organisation that is helping end animal use in medical training and research and helping people improve their health by adopting a plant based lifestyle.
    Dr Barnard is also the author of multiple best selling books including Dr Barnard’s program for Reversing Diabetes, the 21 Day Weight Loss Kickstart and my favorite- the book we are talking about today – The Cheese Trap.
