This month's series focuses on the destructive power of inner vows. We discuss how inner vows are a false promise to ourselves and a declaration of what we will or will not do to keep ourselves from ever experiencing the hurt from our past again. We also talk about how inner vows affect our relationship with God and our loved ones, and how to let go of our inner vows.
In this week's episode, we start cleaning out the storage unit - taking the time to shine a light on the feelings and baggage from the past and working to clear it out of our hearts. We discuss important steps toward healing and forgiveness, as well as surrendering control back to God.
