Amazing podcast

This is legitimately my favorite health podcast. Abel is relatable and has very good guests on all the time. I’m of the paleo/keto (ish) mindset with nutrition. I feel like Abel is the most balanced though and doesn’t get so fringe that you feel you have to become a monk to be healthy.
