    287. Where Did My Period Go?

    287. Where Did My Period Go?

I am dedicating this episode to discussing reasons you may "lose" your period and how to get it back again. Some women experience health issues/hormonal changes or put their bodies under extreme stress and find that they don't experience a regular period.
Although this may sound convenient, there are many reasons women want to (and should!) regulate their cycles and recover their period. The goal of this episode is to open the conversation around this topic and share ways you can improve your health.

    286. Special Needs & Staying Healthy as a Mom

I am dedicating this episode to discussing the health journey and challenges of being a mom to children with special needs. I wanted to talk about this subject because I work with so many women that pour everything they have into this. Being a mom is hard work, but it can take even more to raise children with special needs.
This is such a different life to live, and I have seen it first hand with family members, friends and clients. The goal of this episode is to open the conversation around this topic and share ways you can improve your health.

241. Carin rockind

This was exactly what I needed to hear today. i was feeling lost and without a purpose. This was so enlightening and inspiring and gave me a way forward. The conversation between Beth and Carin went down like candy. Thank you for this.

Good content needs improvement

The content of the show is good, however the host seems less prepared than I would like to see. There are many quiet brakes between host and guest that seem like they are unsure of themselves. It makes it seem as though the host is wanting the conversation to proceed towards an outcome, but is unsure of where that is. Host also REPEATEDLY says “yeah, yeah, yeah”. Please watch repeating words over and over because the content is good, but it is extremely difficult to listen to. Makes me want to go to another podcast to find similar content. Hope this review helps to improve your cast.

Love your laugh!

You truly have the best laugh and I love your sarcastic personality! You crack me up. I love hearing about hormones as I am 45 and feel like things are just starting to shift for me so anything I can learn to help me is awesome. Thanks for all your wisdom and guidance through perimenopause. I need all the help I can get
