How To Recruit 30 People Within 30 Days In Network Marketing

How To Recruit 30 People Within 30 Days In Network Marketing

Recruiting in network marketing can be difficult if you don’t understand what the market is asking and saying. How difficult is it to recruit 30 network marketing people in 30 days?

This is a very special take on a discussion that is ongoing because we have emerged in a digital world that quickly evolves and we are always one to 10 steps behind. As a Digital Media/Lead Generation Consultant, my background in attracting and connecting with the right people came from my Human Resources background. I wrote job descriptions that attracted the right level of talent into the ATS/CRM or applicant pool. I write resumes that attract the most intentional recruiter/interviewer to the candidate.

    What does CRM/ATS mean?

    * Candidate Relationship Management * Customer Relationship Management* Client Relationship Management * Applicant Tracking System

As a digital media consultant today, I have to know digital marketing. I mean, how else would you have read this article if I didn’t, right? Attracting people to a cause is 2nd nature to most digital marketers. How do you use digital marketing in network marketing? The same way you would in most markets, I guess. You would know your audience, know your purpose, and have a plan that works to get them to move or take action. From social media recruitment to digital marketing and still using the same foundation to get the job done. Of course, that foundation has grown exponentially.

Some channels that I use to attract people to other people:

    * Facebook* Facebook Groups* Facebook Pages* FB groups like swap and shops and yard sales* LinkedIn* Instagram* Twitter* Google+ (Which is going away shortly)* Craigslist* Reddit* Good Old Fashion Community Boards* Google Ads* Youtube Ads* Service Organizations like Rotary, Sertoma, Kiwanis, Lions, First Response Team of America, and more.

But I needed to ask someone who consults directly with network marketers. I called Realtor and Wealth Coach, Dante Gibson to breakdown some things that matter when it comes to recruiting network marketers. Dante joined me from Gibson-Wealth.com, to show us how to recruit 30 people in 30 days in network marketing. Take the lead on The Finish Line Leadcast/Podcast above. What are some ways you recruit network marketers?

How To Create A Facebook Ad to Target Everyone who attended The NFL Super Bowl or NBA ALL-STAR Weekend

How To Create A Facebook Ad to Target Everyone who attended The NFL Super Bowl or NBA ALL-STAR Weekend

Ever been to an event and there was someone after the event to offer you something to accompany your experience? Something like A Tee Shirt, Snow Globe, Tickets to the next event, but cheaper?

2019 NFL Super Bowl Attendance: 70,081

Imagine, according to Wikipedia finding that Attendance‎ to 2019 NFL Super Bowl was ‎70,081 in Atlanta, GA. This does not include the other visitors who went to ATL to enjoy all of the festivities. This is a whole group of people who are so hyped and primed for spending.

Imagine, every person who was there at the exact time of something unique happening during the game, that they look at their phone after snapping a picture of their friend and you see an AD saying “Enjoying The Game? There is an after party {HERE} as soon as you the game is over. Get your ticket now before 4th Quarter for an Early Bird 30% off Discount. See you soon!”

2019 NBA All Star Weekend Attendance: 16,215

Of course, this number does not include the people who went to Charlotte just to hang and party and have fun. Again, according to Wikipedia 16,215 attended 2019 NBA All-Star Weekend in Charlotte, NC.

The Scenario, the whole world goes crazy after the impossible happens. You don’t want to forget this moment, so you get on Facebook or Instagram to make sure you rub it in the faces of everyone who couldn’t make it, so you take a picture or check in to the location.

Then you see, “DID YOU SEE THAT DUNK?! Need to cool down? After the Slam Dunk Contest, come by {PLACE} to enjoy a free cone with the purchase of a cool drink. Tell the cashier, The Game Was Hot, and they will hook you up. See you soon!”

Every event, every place, anywhere can be targeted this way. Comeback in a week, and I’ll tell you exactly how. Talk soon. 🙂

By the way, Limited Time Only, I am giving away my 6 years of Digital Marketing training for Digital Product/Services for free. I invested over $4K for this and I want you to have it. Get your Early Bird Ticket now before it officially gets full.

Travis Patterson ,

Of course I love my show. ✍🏽🤩

I asked myself if I would come and review my own podcast. Then I asked myself, if I cooked a nice meal and invited everyone to come over, would I taste it first and then approve it. Consider this food worth sharing.😁🎩
