This podcast has quickly become one of my all time favorites. Samantha asks such good questions and makes heavy/ scientific wellness topics approachable and easy to understand. Can’t recommend enough!

This girl is hard to listen to. I tried a few episodes but couldn’t get through one. I didn’t not find any value in the content discussed.
