easy 15 min inspiration for healthy living

this is a cool podcast if you are looking for a 15 minute listen while walking- she lets you know when to turn around which is inspirational to get you moving. Her guests are varied and topics on health and fitness geared towards anyone starting out or maintaining healthy living.
