Love this podcast

I’ve had the privilege to be trained by Gerry and Ryann they are some down to earth people. They not only train you physically but mentally. I love that they have this podcast. It’s been a while since I’ve seen them but I’ve kept everything that they thought me throughout the years that I was training with them. And it’s absolutely like a family bond , I’m so happy for each and everyone of the trainers and how much they still keep accomplishing. Keep it up !!!
