    In this episode, I break down the process of setting & enforcing boundaries in your life into 5 simple steps. Boundaries are something we all need, and if we don't have them, we'll end up incredibly unhappy & unfulfilled.
    Setting boundaries isn't enough though. They're no good if you don't communicate them AND enforce them. A boundary that isn't enforced is basically just a wish, and that's not going to cut it.

Get Fit the Right Way

I found Josh on IG. If you're trying to make changes in your health, your fitness, or you're trying to lose weight, do it the right way. I highly recommend you go back and listen to his interviews with Chase Smith.
