    This episode features Tessa Hilson, who has had one of Josh Pierce Nutrition's greatest transformations of 2020. Tessa share's how she's learned to put her best self forward, doing it for nobody but herself, and how this has spilled into every aspect of her life.

    Earlier this year, Tessa was really struggling with body image, motivation, confidence, and not sure what the best approach for her was. Little did she know, what she needed was someone to guide her through the mindset transformation that was holding her back.

    Now, a few short months later, Tessa says she doesn't even recognize who that woman was earlier this year, as she's changed so much. She said she's gone from "Crying because I'm miserable" to "Crying because I'm so happy." and you better believe this affects how she shows up as a wife and a mother—as her 100% authentic self.

    Tessa's 3 suggestions for women in a similar spot as she once was:

    1. Be intentional about redirecting your negative thoughts.
