Info and inspiration!

This podcast is full of Fitness Industry leaders who provide such great insight and experience. As a group fitness director I know I can het so much of what I need - from leadership advice to actionable advice to information (in a non-Salesy) way about vendors and more! I listen to almost every new episode and find myself actually looking to see if something new has been recorded because I KNOW I will always get something out of it.

Execution is Everything!

What I love most about listening to the fitness business podcast episodes is that there is always a strategy or two that I learn.

Strategies are useless without execution and I find when I execute the strategies from your episodes it moves the needle that much closer to my business goals.

I was referred by an amazing friend and good mentor Mike A. a year ago and it is by far the best recommendation!

The fascinating thing about listening is knowing a lot of the influencers on a personal and business level which lets me know I’m in the right place!

You are who you surround yourself by and the fitness of business is where it’s at.!
