Not sure how I landed here because it was so long ago :)

Been listening to the Fitness Coach Freedom podcast for a long while now. It’s awesome to listen to the progression he’s made with the podcast, and to the success he’s had with his businesses. To be honest I feel bad it took me this long to actually review the podcast.
He deserves 6 stars! The value he’s dropping in multiple categories of both business and self development as a coach/entrepreneur is at the top level and so are the guests he brings on. He covers the needs of online coaches from those just getting started and to those scaling their business. Truly one of my favorite episodes was the one he did on taxes. Even though I’m from the US, it was an awesome listen because other people in this industry just seem to make the assumption that it’s common knowledge and don’t discuss it. It just tells me that Chris cares about what he’s putting out there.
Seriously not sure how I found Chris’s podcast but it’s been something I always look forward to and will continue to listen in.

10) Getting New Leads Review

In this podcast, Chris and Dan speak to both fans/clients and personal trainers alike in how to get more leads for their program. In one example, they talk about #ShitSandwich where you're looking at a potential client and want to help them, you throw in constructive criticism inbetween two compliments. This is great for future clients because it shows the trainer really cares about their exercise but also views you with respect and integrity. Also, they touch on "If you don't ask, you don't get" which really works on both sides of the aisle as well. As a client searching for guidance and advice, you're not going to receive any if you don't ask for it. As a trainer, including Chris and Dan, if you don't reach out to prospective clients in a personal manner you're not going to get new leads. 5/5 would recommend following him on instagram and also listening to his modest yet informative podcasts where he touches on a broad range of fitness related topics.
