Customer Reviews
Radical candor - much needed
As someone who has spent most of my career managing fitness clubs, my mindset has always been solely focused on acquisition. Losing members was always solved by adding more. This podcast has changed my mindset and helped me realize that managing a business through numbers misses out on the bigger picture of how to create a sustainable gym.
We need more enablement like this to help transform our industry that focuses on enabling our members and treating them as an equal part of the ecosystem as opposed to viewing them as a sum of transactions. Looking forward to future episodes. Thanks for putting this out there.
