Misunderstanding probably gets us all everyday, multiple times a day! No shame here, friend; it happens to the best of us. But, instead of playing the blame game over how she was so wrong and we were so right, how about we better understand where misunderstanding comes from, how to communicate better to avoid it, and what to do if you're stuck in the middle of it now?
