One of my faves!

There is SO MUCH amazing, to the point information here. I listen while commuting and it makes my travels seem so much shorter 🙂 I seriously look forward to listening.

My only complaint is that sometimes the audio isn’t consistent - sometimes it seems to cut out briefly. (I don’t know if that’s just a me problem though) Also, I’ll turn down the volume for the intro music and not be able to hear you guys talking when the podcast starts. Or if I forget to turn it down at the end of an episode, I get straight blasted by the intro music of the next episode 😂

Best informational source of macros and process to understanding your body

Honestly was very hesitant to start this podcast but I can not describe the level of information and knowledge I’ve gained listening. I listen everywhere to keep up to date. If you even want to know more just on simple body composition information to full macro dieting it’s giving it to you. Highly recommend!
