Get your Shannon on!

I love Shannon. She’s so down to earth and matter-of-fact. She’s also supremely committed to her people. I was lucky to be introduced to her FB page through a mutual friend and have been following her journey ever since.

If you follow her for even a brief amount of time you will glean valuable insight, learn some awesome recipes and self-care techniques. She’s empowered and empowering. Shannon is that friend we all wish we had to stop us from ourselves sometimes. Listen in. You won’t be disappointed!
