    'Hi, may I ask you, have you done anything about intermittent fasting?     Katy is a Labor and Delivery nurse working towards her Masters as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about teaching others about the importance of self-love, a TRUE balanced lifestyle and the value of a healthy relationship with food. It took her many years and lots of practice to ditch diet culture, but she did and she’s happier in her body than she’s ever been!

I can’t explain how nice it is to hear people telling stories that sound identical to your own. Especially with how hidden eating problems have always been. The act of putting it out there and truly sharing everything that comes with an eating disorder is so meaningful and I can’t thank Nicole enough. Thank you thank you thank you❤️
