Many people do not know how to effectively navigate the modern medical system, which means they end up going to a series of specialists when they have a health issue, and sometimes don’t find resolution to their problems.  I will try to give you applicable ways to support your body, and hopefully reduce the amount of time you spend in your doctor’s waiting room, and increase the amount of time you spend doing the things you love.  I will share how to use essential oils, natural supplements, and life balance tips to help you to achieve your healthiest self.

To that end, the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your overall health have equal importance, but often don’t get equal attention.  The key here is to start implementing healthy changes to your life while also growing into a deeper relationship with God.  In each episode I will share practical tips on keeping yourself physically healthy, but will also add a spiritual lesson so you can continue to grow there too.
