    Make Pelvic Care Standard Care

    Make Pelvic Care Standard Care

Nearly all women will experience some form of pelvic care issue over their lifetime — yet many of us aren’t educated on the importance of pelvic health or (even worse) are made to feel shame or ignorance about this part of our bodies. The good news is that there are countless emerging health startups run by women for women — and in this episode, we chat with one of them — Origin and their co-founder, Carine Carmy. Origin is bringing physical therapy for the pelvic floor to as many women as possible through virtual and in-person appointments (and they’re backed by insurance).

If you are preparing for or experiencing any of the following, pelvic therapy may be able to help:
    - Painful Sex
    - Bladder and Bowel Control
    - Serrated Abs
    - Body Aches and Pains
    - Menopause and Perimenopause
    - Pelvic Organ Prolapse
    - Postpartum Recovery
    - Birth Prep and Pregnancy
    - Gender Affirming Surgery

Carine and Nikki dive into these conditions and their links to their own pelvic floors, as well as share some of their own (and their loved ones’) healing journeys with birth, painful sex, and menopause. They also get into stigma, the history of women’s health, and much more! Tune in, learn about your body, and feel empowered to support your pelvic floor!

Building Blue Bottle with James Freeman

Building Blue Bottle with James Freeman

There’s a Blue Bottle coffee shop in most LA, SF and NYC neighborhoods — but it wasn’t always that way. James Freeman, the founder of Blue Bottle, saw a need in the coffee community, rolled up his sleeves, and began to fill it. Humble and hardworking beginnings resonated with coffee lovers and put him on the path to the Blue Bottle we know today. If you’re an entrepreneur or looking to turn a passion into profit, this episode is full of real words of wisdom from a person that has learned by doing; as James said himself, his early days growing his business was his MBA.

    Thrive On with Foster Gamble

    Thrive On with Foster Gamble

Foster Gamble is the researcher, co-writer, and visual designer of the documentary THRIVE: What On Earth Will It Take? and THRIVE II: This Is What It Takes. Both of these films explore sovereignty and what it means as individuals to claim authority over our own lives. As a long time fan of Foster’s, we were excited to have him on the podcast and dive into the deeply important issues such as the history of power and corruption; the neverending swing from the right’s position of “freedom” to the left’s position of “fairness” — without making actual change; the death of mainstream media in favor of truth media; and the positive possibility for a no regime future.

This is an episode that advocates for truth and freedom. Please share.

Identifying Long Held Patterns with Taylor Eyewalker

Identifying Long Held Patterns with Taylor Eyewalker

It was a privilege for us to have Taylor Eyewalker once again join THE FULLEST podcast. Taylor has spent the last 20 years and well over 10,000 hours studying and practicing yogic mystery teachings, ancient medicine practices, esoteric therapies, and clinical approaches to alternative medicine. She’s also one of Nikki's personal teachers and has a very authentic expression and transmission of these often metaphysical concepts.

Some themes Nikki and Taylor dive into:
    - The specifics of Kambo and its physical and psychological benefits
    - Choosing tools and practices that align with your specific soul contract or dharma
    - Finding the patterns that repeat themselves in your health journey, career, relationship or spiritual practice and ways to heal them through your own heart

As you’ll hear, Taylor has a very authentic expression and powerful transmission of these often metaphysical concepts. We’re sure some of Taylor’s perspectives will give you pause, consideration, and healing.

Painful..

Host is painful to listen to. Her questions swirl around before allowing the guest to answer. Great guest list but I’d prefer to hear these guests interviewed on a different, more thoughtful podcast.
