S3E12: Setting Your Business UP for Consistency without being Consistent with Digital Nomad and Coach Cheryl Woodhouse

𝗠𝘆 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗶𝘀 coach and nomad, Cheryl Woodhouse!

In this week's episode, Cheryl shares how she set up her business for consistency so she and her family can live the life they want. Cheryl's family of 5 went from living in a large house to living life on the road in their RV, and in this episode, we talk about how she did it!

    About My Guest:
My name is Cheryl Woodhouse, and I'm the founder of Tactile Design Co. and the creator of Solo School.

10 years ago I was struggling to attract and retain clients. After years of feast and famine trying to "build my list", I ended up homeless, clientless, and broke.

Today I am celebrating my third six-figure year, growing my team, and celebrating multiple long-term client relationships.

I have a bad website, no mailing list, and no social following, and this year I had made $125k by end of the Q3 - after spending almost a month on vacation.

S3E7: Sobriety Coaching, Living Abroad, and Traveling with Sobriety Coach Gemma Sheppard

S3E7: Sobriety Coaching, Living Abroad, and Traveling with Sobriety Coach Gemma Sheppard

Sobriety Coach Gemma Sheppard joins me on this week's episode to talk about her sobriety journey, living abroad, and dealing with anxiety while traveling.

    Meet the Guest:
Gemma is a psychologist turned sobriety coach with a passion for helping people and yoga!
Gemma has spent the last two-to-three years breaking up with alcohol, slowly but surely. Like anything in life, it hasn't been linear. It's been a journey of ups and downs.
Gemma's goal as a coach is to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be.
Gemma believes that if you want to carry on drinking, you can. You need to explore and test your boundaries to decide if you want to keep alcohol as a bit on the side or entirely ditch it for good! She helps you analyze your beliefs, set goals, anticipate challenges, and identify your resources.
