Rob Bould is the former CEO of leading International property agents and advisory firm GVA Bilfinger. Currently Rob runs his own consultancy business and is Chairman of both LandAid and of Coyote Group, as well as holding various senior advisory and Non Executive Director roles, including being a Non Executive Director of IPSX - the world's first securities exchange dedicated to commercial real estate.

Paul Shearer

Paul Shearer has worked extensively in both Television and Radio in front of and behind the camera as an actor, writer and presenter and script editor. He has also worked for over thirty years in the corporate communications sector for many of the UK’s blue chip companies producing internal videos on a wide variety of subjects. As a journalist he has written for both The Times and The Financial Times on residential property. He has written and presented video work on commercial property for consulting real estate agents GVA Bilfinger as well as Capita Real Estate.

Andrew Baum

Andrew Baum is Professor of Practice at Oxford University and currently leading an industry funded four year research project into the impact of innovation and technology on the global real estate industry. Andrew splits his time between the world of academia and the world of business and is chairman of Property Funds Research as well as Newcore Capital management.

Philip Nell

Philip Nell is Head of Real Return Funds at LaSalle Investment management and as such is responsible for over 3 and a half billion pounds of invested assets and available capital at LaSalle. Philip came to LaSalle from Hermes Investment Management and before that Aviva Investors where he was in charge of 2 and a half billion pounds of real estate assets across four open ended funds. Philip sits on the Strategic Advisory Board at LaSalle and is Chairman of the Investment Property Forum, as well as being a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Governance Committee of the Association of Real Estate Funds.
