Scratches the itch and then some
This show has done two amazing things for me. It has kindled an interest in the Doctor Who role-playing game. And it has fills the void of Doctor Who type entertainment as I wait for new episodes to come out on the BBC. In fact, with some of Chibnall’s writing, I’ve actually enjoyed these stories more. The creative team here really know their Whovian lore and the mix of drama and humor is both welcoming and moving. When *spoiler redacted* happened, I actually shed a tear.
This is a top-notch actual play podcast with a good editing and production values, a good creative team, and solid storytelling all around. If you are a Doctor Who fan this is well worth your time.
Such fun! Great for Who fans
Riley makes a wonderful Doctor and why has Amelia Earhart not been a companion before now? Good intro to the Doctor Who RPG and Mr. Paddon does an admirable job keeping the story moving at an engaging clip.
Off to a great start
