I stumbled upon an article by an incredible LGBTQIA+ business thinker, Kitt Carpenter, who is a professor of economics at Vanderbilt. Previous studies have shown gay men have made consistently LESS than straight men, but now we earn more! I break down the article and supply some of my own thoughts as well as research I've found by other great thinkers in the LGBTQIA+ space.
