Georgia Superior Court judges J. Wade Padgett (Columbia Circuit) and Tain Kell (Cobb Circuit - retired) created this podcast series to provide continuing education and other matters of interest to Georgia judges. Of course, the podcast will hopefully be of interest to lawyers and members of the public as well. Also, we love feedback. High value
The episodes that do play are high value; unfortunately, the majority do not play 🤷♀️😕 reported to Apple, but typically that does not resolve the issue.
Best kept secret!
A superior court judge told me about this podcast- jackpot! Definitely telling other trial lawyers about it
Extremely helpful and easy to understand
Y’all are so helpful for my quest for legal help for my never-ending court case. I love how you focus on one topic and simply it. I can rely on your podcasts to find information that is applicable to me and you point me in the right direction as to where to find the answers that apply to my state. I would love a podcast about options to appeal a temporary order before trial.
