Very relatable conversation

I just listened to Nichola's interview with Victoria Casebourne. It's the first time I've heard this podcast and I really liked it! Being an American from Upstate New York, it's reassuring to hear that women in different parts of the world have the same struggles with self-care. It gives you the feeling of being a part of a worldwide sisterhood. Their solutions of scheduling time for taking care of ourselves and making more mindful, intentional choices about what to do with our time were good reminders too. A lot of people are saying these things, but there's just something about hearing them in those charming English accents that sounds pleasant to me.
