The next sequel we are reviewing is "Cannonball Run II" and this week we are talking with comedian, writer, director, and son of legendary comedian Buddy Hackett, Sandy Hackett.  Sandy talked about growing up in New Jersey (until he preferred California), working in the hotel industry which led to comedy, touring with his dad, getting into acting, his Rat Pack Show, and so much more. Also Sandy does a FLAWLESS impression of his dad.  Great chat.

Next week we are discussing "Cannonball Run II". This is our first in-studio review since before the pandemic started and it was a blast. Our resident Munchie expert joined us because of Dom Deluise was in it.  No video, but it sounds great being in person.

    Robocop 3

    Robocop 3

This week we are discussing "Robocop 3", which is the polar opposite of the first 2 films.  This movie is very tame because of its cartoon and toyline that was targeting kids, so this movie barely had any blood, but it was still fun to discuss.  We had a friend of the show Jerry Lou stop by with his Robocop expertise to break it all down.  We discussed the odd plot, Roboninjas, the cast full of familiar faces, Rip Torn being Rip Torn, and lots more.

The next sequel we are reviewing is “Cannonball Run II" which has Burt Reynolds, Sammy Davis Jr, Frank Sinatra, the voice of "Munchie" Dom Deluise, plus many more, and a cameo by next week’s guest Sandy Hackett, son of comedic legend Buddy Hackett.  Sandy talked about growing up with a legendary comedian as his dad, his video short called "My Buddy!" bout his father, his Rat Pack show, his acting career, comedy, and lots more.  Sandy does a flawless impression of his dad and it was a blast.

Actor Joe Gonzalez (Rodriguez in "Death Wish 3")

Actor Joe Gonzalez (Rodriguez in "Death Wish 3")

This week's bonus interview is with actor Joe Gonzalez who plays "Rodriguez" in "Death Wish 3".  This collaborative interview was set up by Chris Rauch who runs a Charles Bronson Twitter account.  It was such a blast to pick Joe's brain about the behind-the-scenes from our favorite Death Wish movie ever.  Joe talked about working with Charles Bronson and Michael Winner, the zip gun, filming in England and how he got the nickname "Joe the Yank", writing on Amazon Prime's "Bosch", and lots more.

Don't forget we are giving away a few autographed 8 x 10 photos signed by Joe Gonzalez himself.

    Actress Jodi Long (Netflix's Dash & Lily/The Hot Chick/Sullivan & Son)

    Actress Jodi Long (Netflix's Dash & Lily/The Hot Chick/Sullivan & Son)

The next sequel we are reviewing is "Robocop 3" and this week we are talking with Actress Jodi Long.  This interview is one of the earlier ones we did and I thought I lost it but found it a few months back.  Jodi actually knew Peter Weller from growing up and performing in NYC and has a funny story about that. I always loved her scene-stealing role in “The Hot Chick” along with Sullivan and Son and so many great roles over the years.  Jodi recently won a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Daytime Fiction Program for her role on Netflix’s Dash & Lily.  I remember being so nervous chatting with her because it was one of the first interviews I did, but the interview was great hearing about her show biz parents, her appearance on Broadway at the age of 7, Asian representation in Hollywood, and so much more.  Amazing chat with an amazing woman.

    Iron Eagle IV

    Iron Eagle IV

This week we are discussing "Iron Eagle IV", which marks the return to the franchise of the character "Doug Masters" who seemed to be dead after the opening scene from "Iron Eagle II".   Also, the legendary Lou Gossett Jr. is back as "Chappy" for the 4th time and he does not disappoint. This is a sequel like any other because it is essentially two movies, the first part seems like a kid's movie, and the second part is filled with murder. We discussed the troubled teens that are somehow allowed to fly planes without supervision, the most powerful grenade ever,  Luther the drug dealer, Chappy and a possible "Fight Club" scenario, and lots more. The movie is WILD, but lots of fun.

Actor Jason Cadieux (Iron Eagle IV)

The next sequel we are reviewing is "Iron Eagle IV" and this week we are talking with one of the stars of this one, Actor Jason Cadieux.  Jason takes over the role of "Doug Masters" played by Jason Gedrick in the original.  Jason talked about how his big break came from a high school play, Lou Gossett Jr, his love of theatre, the Shaw Festival, and lots more.  Awesome chat.

Great interview with Tiny

Your interview with Tiny Lister was great! He really enjoyed being a part of your podcast and he had a lot of great stories. Especially just hearing some of the people he played football with in college. Great job!
