Love!

I am new to podcasts and stumbled on Goop because a particular author I follow was being interviewed. I’ve been hooked ever since! I find the content forward thinking, eye opening, at times challenging and mostly insightful. I appreciate the well rounded guests and I can honestly say I’ve been able to think of something in a new way after each episode. For the reviewers who call into question Elise’s voice....I have to jump in and say, I am a speech and language pathologist who has some knowledge of voice and resonance disorders. That being said, Elise you have a lovely voice, and no it is not nasally. I primarily work in pediatrics but I felt compelled to respond to some not so kind reviews. Keep up the good work and I thank you for all that you’ve brought to me❤️

Great guests, host needs to listen

I look forward to these episodes for the amazing guests that are invited, but Elise too often takes over the interview by rambling too much—especially about herself. It usually sounds like a platform for her own experiences. This takes away from the guests’ stories and wisdom/expertise that they came on to share. So just one piece of advice to make this a more enjoyable time for the listener and I’m sure for the guest as well: It’s not all about the host, so please let the guest shine!

The Elise Podcast

Rename this podcast Elise. Elise talking about Elise’s thoughts about Elise’s life and we can fully bask in her wise offerings without the annoying contribution of the “thought leaders” you bring in to support her glory. Catt Sadler is the one who experienced the pay gap, not Elise, so I would really like to hear HER talk about HER story instead of Elise monologuing about blah, blah, blah ego bolster. Let’s just cut to the chase and rename it and Elise can interview Elise so you don’t waste any more guest’s time.
