Drinking Wine From The CEO’s Glass

Doris presents a seemingly simple example of an embarrassing event that could easily be blown out of proportion by the person guilty of a minor mistake. We’ve all been there and hopefully an act of graciousness comes to the rescue. Graciousness should be contagious but until it does Doris Boyer’s lessons are here to show us the way. Brava!
