Our first Podcast guest for 'The Great Reshuffle' mini-series is Francine Barley! Francine (she/her) is currently a Human Resources Business Partner at Meta, responsible for the strategic people vision and people agenda for the clients she supports. It took a little while to figure out what she wanted to be when she grew up. After spending some time in the Air Force as an Acquisitions Officer, she shifted gears to work as a financial analyst in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry. A couple of years later, she ventured into another field and joined the HR community. Francine finally found the work she is passionate about and has been working in various HR roles across several Fortune 500 companies for the last decade.
