    The big lesson I’ve learned on my up-and-down business journey is that there are phases to business and we are different people in each. But when we take the time to pinpoint where we are and identify with who we are and align who we need to be, we can get unstuck and move to the next level.

    I believe that business can be the biggest teacher in self-development. It’s one of the reasons I love business so much because GROWTH is an important value to me.

    A few clients have brought this up in coaching calls, they’ve asked “Sian, how do I deal with a difficult client?”
     
    For business owners and particularly when you have a small team, a difficult client can really rock the boat. On the flip side, they could be hurting your team and creating a horrid working environment. How you handle the situation reflects on your leadership.
