    In today’s episode we’re going to explore Glimmers and Triggers. What are they? And how do you tell if you have them?
    There are several people within the spiritual community that will tell you that “Triggers are our teachers” – or – they say “if you feel triggered you that means you have shadow work” While sometimes, that might be true, I disagree. And I’m going to give you a different perspective and let you in on a few secrets.
