The Growth Project is my breakfast of champions

We are what we eat, and this applies as much to our media diet as it does our actual food nutrition.

Listening to this podcast is simply one of the best ways to start to the day. It’s a consistent source of ideas and inspiration that help to feed my mind.

The podcast covers a wide range of content and ideas: from leadership and management to the psychology of performance. Their ideas are applicable both personal life as well as in my professional role as a sales leader. When I want to get my mind right for the day and prime the pump for critical thinking, deep work, or challenging leadership situations, I kill the music, turn off the news, and turn on my Growth Project.

Podcast helps professionally and personally

This podcast has helped me personally and professionally since the pandemic. I have more self-awareness, self-sufficiency, and deeper long-term relationships. My initial goal was to find that mental edge as a professional. Not only did the podcast do that, but it has made me a better person. In a world of full of superficial pop psychology, this podcast is authentic and the people are passionate. They provide practical insight with life-altering potential. A paradox has taken place: the selfish mindset I came in with has turned into a selfless life lived among my family, friends, and co-workers. Excellent job to everyone involved.
