No one’s Perfect
I was hearing to Tyler and Phil and it all comes back to one point ... No one’s perfect. I heart my back a year and half ago I thought it was the worst thing now after a year slowly I’m picking up my pace and I always even today pin the injury on me being careless but after hearing professionals like Tyler talk about their injuries makes me realize that it could be any one. All you got to do is motivate yourself return stronger and better. Thanks for nice suggestions and tips guys.... hope you guys recover and get stronger soon. Go Krave🤟 I do have one question can one high calorie meal diet work ? If not y not ? if it does how come?
