Episode 205: More Personal Reflections from Robert

Episode 205: More Personal Reflections from Robert

This is another episode in which I turned on the mic and sort of just rambled. I talk about life during quarantine, I talk about my new poly relationship, I talk about how my house is now stuffed to the gills with people and animals, and I talk about how we are all collectively having a hard time focusing. This is a low-key direct from my heart to your ears type of episode. If it bores you to sleep... you're welcome for the sleep!

Personal Reflections

My favorite part of this show right now is listening to the episodes where Dr. Duff talks about his life. Hearing about how others are coping in this pandemic and isolation feels relieving. I’m not the only one in this and listening to Dr. Duff’s open account of his life at home helps me feel a little less isolated. He has a natural way of just being and making you feel like it’s ok to just be right now too. I’ve been listening to these on my drive home after a long day working with kids and (insert cheesiness here) it’s a breath of fresh air. Thank you for your openness. Please continue to share more.
