Realtors: Help Your Buyers Purchase for a Disabled Loved One | Purchase a Second Primary
REALTORS: Do you have a client who is looking to purchase a home for their handicapped or disabled parent or child? GOOD NEWS! We can get them primary residence rates! Florida allows for a parent to purchase a home for their handicapped or disabled child, as a primary residence.
This means they wont have to deal with vacation home, or investment property rates.
The same works if the child is purchasing for their disabled parent. Of course, some restrictions will still apply, check out the episode to learn more.

Realtors: How To Be A Team Player
During a financing transaction, there are a million moving parts and industries all involved in the closing transaction. Title, lender, appraisal, insurance, both agents, buyer, seller, surveyor, home inspector and on and on.
If you do enough deals, you will have some go sideways. When this happens, it is our advice that everyone involved maintain a united front for the buyer and seller.
We have seen where the deal can go south quickly when all the industries involved start pointing fingers at each other. Sometimes, someone involved in the deal may have earned those sternly worded emails but most of the time it could be just a simple mistake or explanation for the error.
This episode is meant to solidify the role we all play in one of the biggest investments of our client’s lives.
